Professional Development Review

PDR Rollout Sessions

The Professional Development Review (PDR) has now been redeveloped to take account of staff feedback and improve its functioning. Designed as an electronic process which will operate through the Employee Self-Service system, it includes a number of new features.  You are invited to a brief introduction of the system and its enhancements. The Commencing PDR process for staff new to the university or recently commencing a new work role will also be profiled.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear about the refinements and changes to the processes involved.
