Organisational and Staff Development Services, (OSDS) is the
central university service which supports all UWA staff in their
ongoing professional and leadership development. OSDS operates at
two levels: as an organisational development unit, and to assist
individual staff development.
At the organisational development level, we support university
change initiatives and organisational units with their
development. The Professional Development Review (PDR) is the
most recent example of a change to which we have contributed.
