Peoplesoft: Running Reports

Intended Audience:

This workshop is relevant to staff with financial responsibilities - new and existing School Manager, Finance Officers, Purchasing Officers and Administrative Officers with at least 25% financial responsibilities.

Workshop Description:

PeopleSoft: Running Reports is designed to provide participants the knowledge and tool to run PeopleSoft reports correctly. List of useful reports and tips on how to get accurate information from reports is also included in this workshop.

Intended Outcomes:

After completing this workshop, participants should be able to:
  • Understand the terminology used in PeopleSoft.
  • Set up and produce useful reports for your manager.
  • Align month end reports and analysis commentaries with the University’s Quarterly Reporting obligation.
  • Obtain the techniques to ensure the accuracy of each report run
  • Explore a wide range of other PeopleSoft reports via webpage PeopleSoft catalogue

Hands-on activities on PeopleSoft with real-scenario examples.

Cost:

UWA staff members and UWA affiliates will receive priority in gaining access to this session. Participant enrolment in this workshop will be confirmed following the closing date for applications. Please note a cancellation fee may apply for non-attendees. We also welcome enrolment by non-UWA participants, subject to availability. The commercial fee for non-UWA attendees is calculated at $100 per hour of attendance. Staff working in other universities will receive a 20% discount on the commercial fee.
