Workshop Description:Most leaders will be responsible for guiding change processes at various stages in their career. This workshop will explore some of the latest thoughts on change management and how leaders can achieve the best outcomes. Two key areas will be explored: the role of the leader in providing clear but positive direction, and strategies that can encourage staff engagement with the change process.
