Getting the Most from the University's Telephone and Voice Mail Systems

Staff at all levels can save time and avoid frustration by taking advantage of the many facilities that the Ericsson and voice mail systems offer. These include:

  • handling several calls at once
  • auto redial, last number redial
  • 'follow-me' transfer
  • conference calls
  • abbreviated dialling
  • pin numbers
  • introduction to the new voice mail system
  • fax and computer integration features of the new voice mail system.

PABX staff are happy to provide advice and training in situ on any of the above systems.
