Organisational and Staff Development Services, (OSDS) is the central university service which supports all UWA staff in their ongoing professional and leadership development. OSDS operates at two levels: as an organisational development unit, and to assist individual staff development.

UWA Staff have access to a range of development opportunities.

Workshops relating to policies, practices, leadership, career management and a range of other areas can be found on this website. These are provided by experts from across the university. You can review the listings alphabetically or chronologically.

Programs that provide more extended exploration of leadership or career management strategies are also offered on a competitive or invitational basis.

At the organisational development level, we support university change initiatives and organisational units with their development.
